Spanish Wine near the U.S.-Mexico Border

Attention: open in a new window. PDFPrintE-mail

For travelers and residents near the U.S.-Mexico border, cocktail hour can often consist of tequila shots, margaritas or if you’re a real party animal, a piña colada! While some people can rage with José Cuervo on a regular basis, others might opt to relax with a glass of wine or vino tinto as it is referred in Spain.

Aside from the fact that we’re neighboring Mexico, the wine regions of Spain offer a great selection of red and white wine varietals that are a great change of pace from the international cabernet sauvignon or chardonnay.

Click through the links below to learn about Spanish vinos and find out where you can kick back with a glass near the border. ¡Salud!

There are many restaurants and wine bars in Arizona that offer Spanish wines. ¡Viva España!
